Orders for limited edition/exclusive releases/preorders are processed and fulfilled in the order in which they are received and are subject to inventory limitations. In most cases, we will be able to fulfill your order, but in the event we cannot, you will be fully refunded the amount charged at the time of your preorder. Thank you for your business!.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday to maintain consistency and ensure all packages are packed with care. Orders placed between Monday–Thursday will ship on Friday, and orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Tuesday. Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped. Shipping days are fixed to ensure accuracy and care—orders do not ship outside of these scheduled days.

• No shipping on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next available shipping day.

• If a package is undeliverable and returned to Deadwax, the customer is responsible for covering the re-shipping costs.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and payment must be made to the relevant customs authority upon arrival of the shipment. We are unable to estimate these costs, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.
